ERASMUS+

 

 

All enrolled students of the Faculty of Architecture and Landscape Architecture can study at the ERASMUS partner universities in Europe.

International Relations provides information about partner universities, application deadlines and documents, and supports and advises in the preparation and follow-up of the study exchange and grade recognition.

Requirements

  • Matriculation at the faculty
  • Timely submission of the complete application documents to the International Relations Office of the Faculty. Application form (stating three university wishes), letter of motivation, curriculum vitae, proof of language skills, grade sheet, portfolio with work samples

At present, all applicants who meet the requirements can be offered a place at the university. Unfortunately, the university of first choice cannot always be considered.

All applicants will be invited to personal interviews.

 

Criteria for the selection procedures

  • Convincing motivation, explained in the letter of motivation
  • Quality of the contents and preparation of the portfolio
  • Grade point average
  • Course of the personal interview
  • Level of language skills in the respective national language (English for some Masters Courses) must be proven. Applications to universities that are submitted with proof of language skills will be given priority for the first choice
  • Priority is given to professional reasons for the expansion of competence during a Master's programme

The fulfilment of the criteria will be assessed and taken as a basis for the allocation of places. In case of equal applications for an exchange place, the lottery procedure can decide.

 

Schedule

  • Application for the winter and summer semester by 6 January (Application form)
  • Selection procedure and notification of applications in February
  • Registration at the host universities and scholarship contract April to July
  • Start of study abroad in the winter semester between August and October
