EULiST Summer School 2025
Prezier

August 2025 | The EULiST Summer School 2025 in Prezier brought together students from Leibniz University Hannover, TU Vienna and Brno University of Technology to explore adaptive reuse, heritage conservation and traditional craftsmanship at a half-timbered farmhouse. In practical workshops, they worked with carpenters, bricklayers and clay construction specialists and presented their results in a public exhibition – accompanied by symposia and regional excursions in close cooperation with the village community.

Graduation ceremony Landscape
summer semester 2025

June 20^th 2025 | The 70 newly qualified bachelor's and master's degree holders celebrated together with their parents and friends in the gardens of Herrenhäuser Straße 2. Alumni and graduates shared their experiences from their previous studies. The BDLA's Young Talent Award was also presented during the ceremony. This practical study model continues to be something very special in the higher education landscape. The project-based study programme in the specialist group has been successfully practised for over 50 years.

Real Estate Arena 2025
*exhibition stand**"ressource.architektur"*

May 14^th 2025 | At the "Real Estate Arena", architectural associations presented a joint stand together with Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Leibniz Universität Hannover for the fourth time. The theme of the stand, "Großes Kino", showed short films on the topic of "Architecture of the Future/Future of Architecture" and invited trade fair visitors and prominent visitors to join in the discussion. The innovative exhibition stand "ressource.architektur" was created at the chair of Prof. Jörg Schröder under the direction of Rebekka Wandt - conceived and realised by students of the FAL and Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts!

AESOP YA Conference 2025
Circular Cities and Regions

March 17^th 2025 | The 19th. AESOP Young Academics Conference on “Circular Cities and Regions - Planning for Sustainable Social and Inclusive Communities” took place from 17 to 21 March 2025 at Leibniz Universität Hannover and was dedicated to innovative and sustainable approaches to urban and regional development against the backdrop of unprecedented urbanization and environmental challenges.
